Stadiums Queensland and the Sleeman Sports Complex are seeking feedback on your most recent visit to Sleeman Sports Complex.

The survey takes approximately 12 minutes to complete and will help Stadiums Queensland improve their services and products at Sleeman Sports Complex, leading to an improved experience for your future visits.

Successfully complete the survey and you'll have the opportunity to enter into the draw to win 2 tickets to P!nk at Suncorp Stadium in March 2024, plus each month we're giving away a double pass to your choice of day at the 2024 NRMA Insurance Test Series at The Gabba! To be entered into the prize draw, complete the entry form at the end.

The survey and competition will close at 11.59pm (AEST) on Sunday, 17 December 2023 - monthly draw entry periods apply. Terms and conditions, including the privacy statement, on the prize draw can be found here.

  • AEC is carrying out the survey on behalf of Stadiums Queensland. Stadiums Queensland is responsible for the prize draw and all related terms and conditions. AEC is not liable for any aspects of the prize draw and/or terms and conditions associated with it.
  • The survey should take around 12 minutes to complete and will be available until 11.59pm (AEST) on Sunday, 17 December 2023. Please note that you are able to save your responses and return later to complete the survey.
