a. Successfully complete the Sleeman Sports Complex Online Customer Survey in its entirety via the online link powered by AEC Group Pty Ltd (https://aecresearch.questionpro.com.au/SleemanSportsComplexCustomerSurvey);
b. Complete the optional competition entry form at the end of the survey with their name and requested contact details, including postal address;
c. Read and agree to these competition Terms and Conditions;
d. Click submit
5. Entry is only open to Australian Residents 16 years of age and over. Participants aged 16 and 17 years of age wanting to enter the competition must have permission from their parent, guardian, or carer. If you are the winner and you are not 18 years and over the prize will be awarded to your parent or guardian.
6. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion or the events hosted at SSC, including without limitation, Australian Catering Services (ACS) and Stadiums Queensland, are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
7. Any cost associated with accessing the entry website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age (to determine eligibility) and post code of residence).If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, who is ineligible or who tampers with the promotion or the entry process, and removing any entries the Promoter considers as being offensive or defamatory. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries with errors and/or omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
11. The Promoter’s decision in relation to the application of these Terms and Conditions, eligibility, acceptance or rejection of an entry and in selecting the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Selecting a winner and Prizes 12. The Promoter will select the 1 winner for each draw entry period from eligible entries at random using a random number generator, no later than close of business in line with the dates listed in the table under ‘Draw Entry Period’ (Point 3). Winners will be notified by phone and/or email following each draw. The winners must respond to the message with the required contact information to claim the prize, including email and postal address. The winners have 48 hours to claim their prize (Claim Period). Upon claiming the prize the Promoter will issue tickets either electronically or by other means otherwise agreed.
13. The winners name and likeness may be shared on social media at the discretion of the Promoter.
14. Each winner of the monthly minor prize draw will receive
2 x The Gabba Member experience tickets to their choice of day (subject to availability and game play) at the NRMA Insurance Test Series 25 – 29 January 2024 with an approximate value of $140. The winner of the major prize draw will win
2 x tickets to Pink at Suncorp Stadium on Tuesday, 19 March with an approximate value of $630.
15. All costs associated with claiming the prize including hotel rooms, flights and transport are not included and are the responsibility of the winner at its own cost.
16. The prize does not include complimentary or discount food and beverage or merchandise. The winner must pay for any food, beverages, merchandise or other items purchased at the host venue.
17. If the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason (at the Promotor's sole discretion) the winner is not entitled to any compensation or transfer of tickets to future events at the host venue.
18. When attending events at the host venue: a. at all times, the winner must abide by the Promoter and/or Hirer’s Conditions of Entry details on the host venue website; b. the Promoter has the right to deny entry, evict (or cancel the tickets) if the winner is found to be in breach of the Promoter or Hirer’s Conditions of Entry.
19. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
Conditions of Entry20. Subject to clause 25 if for any reason the winner does not claim the prize by the Claim Period, then the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, redraw another winner or not award the prize.
21. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal value.
22. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and their companions) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
Use of Information and Privacy Statement 23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Athletics Australia, Little Athletics Queensland, Netball Queensland, Queensland Academy of Sport, Queensland Athletics, Softball Queensland, Special Olympics Australia, and Australian Catering Services (ACS) and the Promoter’s contractor conducting the survey, being AEC Group PTY Ltd. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information collected by the Promoter will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter.
24. Stadiums Queensland manages personal information in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009, and is collecting (through AEC Group) your contact details, including your name, phone number and email address and postcode for the purposes of assessing your entry and administering the promotion, verifying information for eligibility (if required), contacting winners, publicising the winners and the winner redeeming the prize. Entry is conditional upon this information being provided. The information collected will be used by Stadiums Queensland for this purpose and will be accessed and used by authorised employees, officers or contractors of Stadiums Queensland. Where you are a winner, Stadiums Queensland may share your personal information with suppliers and hirers to facilitate your redemption and use of the prize.
Your contact details maybe added to a mailing list, Stadiums Queensland may, for an indefinite period, use this information to contact you, by electronic messages, text message or telephone, for promotional, marketing, publicity, research purposes and to seek your participation in a survey. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to info@stadiums.qld.gov.au or by following the unsubscribe link where available on non-transactional email communications.
Except as provided for above, personal information collected will not be disclosed to any other parties unless authorised or required by law. Where you provide your email address, and we contact you using this email address your information may be transferred overseas depending on the location of your email provider. By providing us with your email address you consent to this transfer of your personal information overseas.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Subject to any Non-Excludable Guarantees and to the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (whether under contract, in tort, in equity, under statute or otherwise) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

Where clauses 27 or 28 do not apply for any reason (including where a court of competent jurisdiction indicates that it is invalid), to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter's liability to you for any loss or liability (whether under contract, in tort, in equity, under statute or otherwise) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential is limited to the cost of the total prize pool value for the promotion.
30. Subject to any Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter gives no guarantee, condition, warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation to you about the condition or attributes of the prize.
